| Description |
| One of the most beautifully designed resorts in Ubud, the Kamandalu Resort & Spa is arranged on the ridge of a mountain just outside of Ubud. The luxury villas and pavilions cascade down the side of the hill toward the rushing Petanu River below. Each villa or pavilion is surrounded by thick stone walls and resemble a traditional Balinese village.
The thatched roofs are topped with traditional Balinese designs. The resort is surrounded by springs from which water is still drawn for religious ceremonies. A stream runs though the resort, whose buildings are constructed in traditional Balinese style, but with luxury amenities inside.
