Tour Description:
Depart Tokyo aboard a deluxe motorcoach along the scenic Chuo Expressway. Drive half way up the 12,400-foot high Mt. Fuji. After lunch at a local hotel restaurant, we continue on to Hakone, Japan's most famous hot-spring resort. Take a ride up the aerial cableway on Mt. Komagatake and enjoy a pleasant cruise on the Lake Ashi. Proceed to Odawara Station and board a Shinkansen (Bullet Train) back to Tokyo. Arrive in Tokyo around 8:00 p.m., your guide will explain how to return to your hotel from Tokyo Station.

Important Note: Tour disbands on arrival at Tokyo Station. Individual return to your hotel is on your personal account.

1) Mt.Komagatake Aerial Cableway will be skipped due to traffic conditions without alternative on the following days.

2) When the driveway up to Mt. Fuji's 5th station is closed in winter due to heavy snow, or if tour is behind schedule due to traffic jam, you will go up highest possible point.

3) Komagatake Ropeway or Cruise on Lake Ashi may also be omitted or substituted deppending on traffic, weather conditions, or for other operationnal reasons. In which case, one of the following althernatives will be substituted for each omitted element; Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi and Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway. Your tour guide will finalize alternative places, based on careful study of tour movement and other comditions.

4) When “Fuji Visitor Center” is closed, or if the tour is behind schedule due to traffic conditions, “Fuji Visitor Center” may be skipped.

5) Mt. Komagatake Ropeway and/or Cruise On Lake Ashi may also be omitted or substituted depending on traffic and/or weather conditions, or for other operational reasons. The tour will not be canceled nor will any tour fare be refunded.

6) We make no guarantees that you will be able to actually see Mt. Fuji, the view of this mountain is often obscured with clouds. The tour will proceed as schedules regardless of Mt. Fuji being visible or not. No refunds will be made if Mt. Fuji is not visible during your tour.

7) There is a possibility that your tour guide does not accompany you on the tour bus or the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) back to Tokyo after Odawara Station. In this case, your guide will provide information on how to return to your hotel on your own from Tokyo Station.

Take a stroll through bustling Tsukiji Fish Market where you will have time to have lunch on your own account. This afternoon take the subway to Edo Tokyo Museum featuring displays of artifacts and living conditions in Tokyo during the Edo period. Return to Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal by subway, return to your hotel by bus.
