This exciting tour begins with a visit to Gyeongju, a town steeped in history. Located southeast of Seoul, Gyeongju was once one of the greatest cities in the world. It was the capital of the Shilla Kingdom (668 - 935AD) and subsequently all of Korea. Today, Gyeongju is a small country town with so many relics from the Shilla era that many call it a “Museum Without Walls.“

Then continue on to Busan, Korea’s principal port city. Located at the southeastern tip of the Korean Peninsula, Busan enjoys a milder climate than the rest of Korea.

Day 1: Seoul to Gyeongju
This morning transfer from your hotel in Seoul to the train station. Express train to Gyeongju. Upon arrival visit Tumuli Park with many royal Shilla tombs, the National Museum and Chomsungdae, an ancient stone observatory. Overnight at the Concorde Hotel or similar. Day 2: Gyeongju to Busan
Breakfast at hotel. This morning tour Bulkuksa Temple and Sokkuram Grotto with its images of Buddha. Depart for Busan by local bus. Afternoon Busan sightseeing will include a visit to Yongdusan Park and the huge Fish Market. Overnight at the Gukje Hotel or similar. Click Here For Hotel Description

Day 3: Busan to Seoul
Breakfast at hotel. This morning visit Taejongdae Park and the United Nations Cemetery. Afternoon express train back to Seoul. Upon arrival, your guide will assist you in taking a taxi to your hotel. Taxi fee not included.
